Arjun Bir is a building scientist and licensed professional engineer (GA, AL, SC) with a background in structural engineering, and a specialization in the design, investigation, and rehabilitation of building enclosures (roofing, exterior wall, fenestration, and waterproofing systems).
He has worked on 110+ projects and has managed building enclosure consulting services exceeding $50M in construction value. Arjun leverages his 12+ years of leadership experience in non-profit, startup, and academic research spaces to deliver effective engineering solutions and an unmatched client experience.
Arjun takes time to understand the aspirations of each of his team members, and works to ensure that they are supported in reaching their goals. His teams are inclusive and flexible while retaining a strong sense of ownership, trust, and collaboration.
