Corliss Landing Condominiums consists of multiple three story warehouse buildings that have been connected together surrounding an open courtyard, with a portion of the building sitting atop covered grade-level parking. The buildings were built circa 1835 and renovated into condominium units in 1984. CopelandBEC was retained by the Condominium Association to perform a condition assessment of the exterior walls and parking garage that were exhibiting various types of deterioration including, but not limited to, water leakage, aging windows, cracked and delaminated stucco, failing mortar joints, and damaged masonry.
