This waterfront research facility exhibited a variety of building envelope deterioration from prolonged exposure to the marine environment. CopelandBEC conducted a comprehensive building envelope condition assessment, including dozens of exploratory openings, to evaluate existing conditions and inform capital planning efforts. Services also included support for phased construction planning and schematic design of window and curtain wall replacement.
