65-69 Park Drive is located in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood, facing the Back Bay Fens. After concerns were raised regarding the condition of the street-facing parapet wall, CopelandBEC conducted a complete building envelope condition assessment at this property. Our assessment identified masonry restoration at the front elevation to be the most critical need, and we have designed repairs to address the conditions identified. We provided multiple options to allow the Trustees to fit the project scope within the available budget. We are currently working with a contractor to plan the restoration project and will be providing construction administration services during the work.
