Cracking masonry, water intrusion, and drainage concerns at a university athletics facility prompted a full building envelope assessment. CopelandBEC conducted visual and aerial drone-based review, coordinated exploratory openings, and engaged subconsultants for structural consultation and roof drain scoping. Findings were summarized with conceptual repair recommendations and order-of-magnitude cost estimates to support capital planning.
