← Back to projects

The Bank of America, Portsmouth is a two-story textured cementitious parge coated and EIFS clad building that was experiencing parge coat cracking, spalling, and bulging from the wall. CopelandBEC was retained to review the existing building facade conditions as they related to the reported facade deterioration, and to recommend comprehensive facade restoration options.
