The Bank of America, Roxbury project is a one-story masonry building with punched curtain walls, face brick, non-decorative painted brick, and decorative stone elements. CopelandBEC performed a building envelope condition assessment, as it related to reported facade deterioration and water ingress through the building’s below-grade foundation walls.
