Bay State Milling, located in Quincy, MA, is 1986 two-story office space with an upper-level penthouse. The scope of work for this project included replacement of the existing original low-slope ballasted EPDM roof assembly at the main roof level that wraps around the penthouse. CopelandBEC developed construction documents for the roof replacement, and provided bidding assistance and construction administration for quality assurance.
