A below-grade pedestrian tunnel on a university campus experienced recurring water infiltration issues through the tunnel's concrete ceiling and wall assemblies. CopelandBEC conducted an existing condition assessment, including targeted exploratory openings, designed appropriate waterproofing repair solutions, and is currently assisting with the contractor bidding process. We are looking forward to providing construction administration services during the waterproofing installation in the coming year.
