A multi-story connector building between two campus residences required roof replacement and localized masonry reconstruction. CopelandBEC developed FM Global-compliant construction documents, including full skylight replacement and rebuilding of deteriorated parapets, and coordinated with a structural engineer to address stability and long-term system performance.
