This building houses offices and laboratory space for the institute. The building has a brick and stone facade with wood framed windows, a slate roof with multiple dormers, and a wood clad cupola. CopelandBEC conducted an existing conditions assessment and developed a technical specification for typical window replacement to guide ongoing phased upgrades.
