This university-owned arts facility was exhibiting signs of exterior wall distress and roof drainage issues. CopelandBEC performed an existing condition assessment to evaluate conditions at cladding, parapets, and moisture-affected areas. Conceptual repair recommendations were developed to support targeted maintenance planning.
