Wilder Hall is a 4-story mass masonry structure originally constructed in 1898. The building contains several historical features, such as decorative quoining, terra cotta crown molding, and stone lintels.
CopelandBEC conducted a comprehensive condition assessment to provide Jones Architecture with recommendations for envelope upgrades suitable for a mass masonry structure. CopelandBEC also assisted with detail development for a widespread window replacement project.
