Wolcott Woods is a new residential development in Milton, MA, with 54 residential units in a mix of new and existing buildings. Devens House is one of three existing buildings on the Wolcott Woods property, and is a 2-story single-family home with wood clapboards and brick veneer exterior walls, and a slate shingle roof. CopelandBEC was involved in conducting an evaluation of the building envelope at the three existing buildings on the property.
