The Dnata Catering facility located in Everett, MA consists of office and warehouse spaces. The scope of the repair work for the building includes replacement of roofing and metal panels at the warehouse, as well as replacement of the building storefront entrance and overhead doors, and reinstallation of windows with new perimeter flashings at the office. CopelandBEC was engaged by Geitz Design Associates and ARM Consulting to review design drawings, provide red-line mark-ups for recommended modifications, and develop building envelope detail sketches and specifications. CopelandBEC is now actively involved in construction administration, including conducting regular site visits to review construction and participation in project team meetings.
