St. Julie Hall is a high-rise residence hall on Emmanuel College’s Boston campus that was constructed in 2018. CopelandBEC was engaged to investigate ongoing water leakage at upper-floor dormitories, assessing potential contributions from surrounding assemblies and evaluating conditions to support future roof replacement design.
