Essex Apartments is a Queen Anne style masonry structure originally constructed in 1888. The building contains several historical features, including sandstone, slate, and terra cotta accents. The project restored the original building into a 12-unit affordable housing property.
CopelandBEC worked collaboratively with Dietz & Company Architects to provide building envelope details and specifications for the building's masonry restoration, window and roofing replacement.
