A campus field house showing signs of aging masonry, chimney wear, and ornamental deterioration was the subject of a comprehensive envelope review. CopelandBEC examined exterior conditions using during on-site visual and aerial drone photo-based review, focusing on the facade, windows, front steps, and cupola. We developed prioritized recommendations with order-of-magnitude cost estimates to support future repair planning. Following the investigation, we provided quality assurance observation to oversee construction activities for the repair project.
