A two-story brick masonry building in Central Square that abuts “Graffiti Alley”, a public alley which is used by street artists who paint on the side of the adjacent buildings, ongoing water leakage at the elevation facing Graffiti Alley. CopelandBEC performed a visual review of the building envelope and developed recommended options to mitigate the ongoing water intrusion.
