Just around the corner from Plymouth Rock, Harbourtown Suites is a multi-story hotel building that had previously identified building envelope concerns, including but not limited to water infiltration. CopelandBEC was retained to perform a supplementary engineering assessment, and collaborated with Lamarr.AI to conduct an aerial drone survey and data analytics using infrared imaging technology to identify the prevalence of anomalies at the building envelope.
