This hospital campus consists of 20+ buildings of various ages, and wished to begin developing a capital plan to address deficiencies, focusing first on any potential life safety issues. CopelandBEC performed a high-level existing condition assessment at 3 masonry buildings on the campus and provided temporary repair consulting services to assist the contractor and building owner address deterioration in a phased approach.
