Hyannis Harbor Hotel recently underwent 2 extensive renovation projects to remedy damages related to a previous fire at the property. CopelandBEC worked with the renovations’ designers-of-record to generate post-construction punch-lists for the building envelope work prior to project turn-over to the hotel owner.
