Rendering via Guzman Architects. Impact Church is a 33,000 square foot, one-story, prefabricated metal and EIFS structure currently utilized as a warehouse. The proposed renovation project will convert the existing warehouse into a religious assembly space, and include modifications to the existing enclosure as well as approximately 3,300 square feet of new construction addition with significant glazing. CopelandBEC is collaborating with Guzman Architects to provide design review and code compliance assistance for the project’s schematic design phase.
