KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate is a charter high school, occupying a former industrial building that was renovated and converted into a school facility in 2018. CopelandBEC was engaged to investigate water infiltration at classroom windows, assessing the surrounding wall assemblies and fenestration systems to identify sources of leakage and provide recommendations for mitigation.
