Constructed in the 1990s, this campus laboratory building was experiencing widespread leakage into sensitive research and office spaces. CopelandBEC performed an existing condition assessment, including roof test cuts that confirmed moisture within the existing roof assembly. The project’s repair design included full PVC roof replacement and sealant replacement for facade restoration.
