Manor House is one of three existing buildings on the Wolcott Woods property, and is a large 1865 single-family home with wood shingle siding and steeply-sloped asphalt shingle roofing. CopelandBEC was involved in conducting an evaluation of the building envelope at the three existing buildings on the property.
