This 1970s-era municipal utility facility was experiencing water intrusion and widespread peeling of exterior wall coatings. CopelandBEC performed a facade condition assessment that included exploratory openings, hygrothermal modeling, and water absorption testing to evaluate the existing masonry and coating systems. The team then developed repair documents and is currently providing construction administration services to support targeted facade improvements and long-term enclosure performance.
