This four-story urban facility required replacement of two existing EPDM membrane penthouse roofs. CopelandBEC performed a comprehensive on-site investigation with exploratory openings, and developed construction documents for subsequent roof replacement design. The scope of this project was limited to the penthouse levels, with coordination focused on wind uplift design and integration with existing rooftop conditions.
