Salem State University, Meier Hall Roof

← Back to projects

Frederick Meier Hall stands as the largest academic building at Salem State University and is home to their College of Arts & Sciences. The west wing of of the building, which was a part of a 1968 addition to the original construction, underwent a roof replacement project designed by Jones Architecture in 2018. Throughout the roof replacement project, the building experienced water leakage through the top floor's ceiling. CopelandBEC was retained to review the existing conditions and relevant roof replacement documentation to determine next steps to address the ongoing leakage.
