The Residences at Adams House

← Back to projects

The Residences at Adams House is a 5-story brick masonry building originally constructed in the late 1800s as a nursing home, and converted into an apartment building in the early 2020s. In response to building management reporting water leakage on the upper-most floor, CopelandBEC performed an existing condition assessment. Based upon the assessment findings, CopelandBEC was further retained to prepare construction documents for masonry, EPDM roofing, and flashing repairs, and provide construction administration services for such work.
