Rendering via Gilbane Development. In partnership with Gilbane, the University of Rhode Island is constructing 2 new apartment-style residence halls on their undergraduate campus and redeveloping their Graduate Village. CopelandBEC is providing QA/QC services in the form of design review, shop quality assurance observation, and field quality assurance observation for the modular construction.
