A multi-building residential complex at a university was slated for a roof replacement due to system age and deterioration. CopelandBEC was engaged to conduct a condition assessment, develop construction documents meeting FM Global insurance requirements, and provide technical support during the procurement process and construction. The project is currently in the contractor selection phase, with anticipated construction scheduled for 2026.
