Washington Street Storefront

← Back to projects

The Washington Street Storefront is a 2-story brick masonry commercial building built in 1899. The first story is occupied retail space, while the second story of the building is unoccupied and unconditioned. The building owner reported ongoing water leakage during heavy rains, and retained CopelandBEC to perform a visual review of the building and develop recommended options to mitigate the ongoing water penetration into the basement.
