The Whitestone Village community consists of 14 residential townhome style buildings located across the project site.
The community retained CopelandBEC to design and oversee asphalt shingle roofing replacement work across the project site to address widespread interior water leakage and ice dam formation. CopelandBEC’s roof replacement design included a built-up cold roof assembly, designed to mitigate the potential for ice damming to occur while simultaneously eliminating the occurrence of interior water leakage. Additionally, CopelandBEC designed and oversaw the replacement of 72 wood decks across the project site.
