The Wianno Club began operation in 1916 and consists of several oceanfront structures that are part of the Wianno Historic District. CopelandBEC was retained by the Wianno Club to study the condition of the building envelope at the clubhouse in efforts to identify and prioritize repair needs, and propose potential approaches to phase the work over time.
