Arjun Bir is a building scientist and licensed professional engineer (GA, AL, SC) with a background in structural engineering, and a specialization in the design, investigation, and rehabilitation of building enclosures (roofing, exterior wall, fenestration, and waterproofing systems).
He has worked on 110+ projects and has managed building enclosure consulting services exceeding $50M in construction value. Arjun leverages his 12+ years of leadership experience in non-profit, startup, and academic research spaces to deliver effective engineering solutions and an unmatched client experience.
