Rendering via Design by Melo. The Zaria Development is the second phase of Project for Pride in Living’s development project and will add 90 units of affordable housing to downtown Minneapolis. CopelandBEC is providing design reviews to assist with meeting the Enterprise Green Communities standard and SB2030 for Energy Standards.

The Fletcher, a luxury condominium building with 15 upscale units, is being constructed in Linden Hills. CopelandBEC is working with Streetfront Development to provide design review as well as oversight and coordination of several 3rd party QA/QC programs necessary to achieve project funding.

Robin Circle Condominiums underwent building envelope repairs managed by the property’s general contractor. CopelandBEC was engaged to provide construction-phase quality assurance observations, conducting periodic site visits to monitor ongoing work and advise on alignment with project scope and installation standards.

Essex Condominiums is a 110-unit residential building arranged around a central courtyard. CopelandBEC conducted a visual building envelope assessment in coordination with Lamarr.AI, who performed an aerial infrared (IR) drone scan; together, the findings informed our conceptual repair recommendations.

River Bend Condominiums is a residential condominium building. CopelandBEC was engaged to perform a visual roof assessment and infrared (IR) roof moisture survey to support planning for potential roof replacement or restoration.
