Winthrop Road Condominium

Winthrop Road Condominiums comprises three connected residential buildings in Brookline, joined at the basement level by a continuous foundation. CopelandBEC was initially engaged in 2020 to perform a comprehensive building envelope condition assessment. In 2025, a follow-up assessment was conducted to review the repairs made since 2020 and to note any conditions that had worsened where no repairs had been performed.

Blooming Meadows South

Visible deterioration at roofs, soffits, and balconies at this 1960s multi-family complex prompted a comprehensive envelope assessment to inform capital planning. CopelandBEC conducted a site-wide review of existing exterior conditions, providing prioritized repair recommendations and budgetary cost projections.

1976 Clearwater Drive

1976 Clearwater Drive is a single-family home with a basement-level in-law apartment experiencing recurring water intrusion. CopelandBEC conducted a visual assessment of interior and exterior conditions to identify likely sources of leakage and provided conceptual repair options and associated cost estimates.

Stone Farm Apartments

Stone Farm Apartments is a large multi-building residential complex in Lebanon, NH, where significant water intrusion has caused damage to wood framing, sheathing, and interior finishes. CopelandBEC identified failures in the exterior wall assemblies—including missing or compromised water resistive barriers and improper window and mechanical penetrations—and is now providing repair design and construction oversight to address the deficiencies.

134 Shore Drive West

134 Shore Drive West is a two-story, single-family coastal residence overlooking the Hampton Harbor Inlet. CopelandBEC conducted a targeted water leakage investigation focused on the ocean-facing window wall assembly, including visual condition review, diagnostic water testing, and contractor-assisted exploratory openings. Our team is now preparing repair design documents for 2026 construction.
