Fox Hill at Four Oaks Condominiums consists of 12 one-story residential structures constructed between 2017 and 2018. CopelandBEC documented existing conditions across the property, as well as helped the association develop a capital plan for ongoing maintenance and repair projects over the next 20-30 years.
