Riverbank Condominiums is is a stone masonry building located along the shores of the Crane River. Built in the early 1900s and renovated around 2010 into condominium units, the building units were reported to have consistently experienced leakage since conversion. CopelandBEC reviewed the ongoing leakage issues including previous reporting and repair attempts addressing the leakage, and to propose both interim and long term repair options.
