At a university natatorium, recurring ice formation and a localized roof leak raised concerns about envelope performance. CopelandBEC was brought in to investigate, and used a mix of field testing and hygrothermal modeling to study how the building handles heat and moisture to help pinpoint problem areas and inform targeted repair strategies.
